
Terms and Conditions
All of our unmanned aerial drone flights follow Civil Aviation Authority laws and regulations. Please take note of our company terms and conditions, as we will enforce them in all of our missions to ensure we do all we can to maintain the protection and safety of the public, our clients, our pilots, and equipment.

Definitions
"Company" refers to Harbour Drones, a UK-based drone and videography business.
"Client" refers to the person, company, or entity receiving professional services from the Company.
"Services" refer to the drone and videography services provided by the Company.
"Agreement" refers to the contract formed between the Company and the Client when the Client accepts a proposal or quotation provided by the Company, amends an existing or current service, instructs a new or additional service - whether in writing or verbally.
Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide drone surveying services as outlined in the proposal or quotation accepted by the Client.

The Client agrees to provide all necessary permissions, access, and information required for the completion of the services.
Data Usage and Privacy

The Client acknowledges that certain data collected may be subject to data protection regulations, and they are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents.

The Company will handle all data and images collected during the surveying process with care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We reserve the rights to use any footage and related files from any project and for our own promotional purposes.
Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Company according to the terms and rates specified in the accepted proposal or quotation.

Payment is due within 14 days of the completion of the services.

Late payments may incur additional charges of 10% of the total invoice, per calendar month.

The company reserve maintains the right at any stage to renegotiate any contract, cost agreement or any other relevant commitment should any instruction from the client be amended, or any information provided by the Client be incorrect.
Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.

Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees for services rendered.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule services with at least 7days' notice.

The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (of 75% of project fee) if adequate notice (less than 72 hours) is not provided.
Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By accepting the proposal or quotation provided by the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Safety and Compliance

The Company will conduct all drone operations in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

The Client agrees to ensure that all necessary permissions and approvals are obtained for the drone surveying operations on their property or in their jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a flight, if at any time the Drone operator determines that the drone flight is unsafe. Our operator will record this assessment, and once controls are in place for safe operation, the flight may proceed subject to agreement of all parties.
Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damage to property, injury, or other loss arising from the use of its drone surveying services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The Client is encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their property and liabilities related to the drone surveying operations.
